We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to provide quality in-home care and support to clients who require assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will help promote independence, comfort, and dignity for clients in their own homes.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide mobility assistance, including help with walking, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining prescribed dietary needs.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental health to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed-making, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Remind and assist with medication (as directed by care plan and in accordance with state regulations).
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Completion of state-approved Home Health Aide training program and certification (if required by state).
Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
Previous caregiving experience in home health, assisted living, or related setting is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
