Position Summary
Allens Healthcare is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about mental health, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to making a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients with diverse behavioral and emotional needs
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff
Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Required)
Licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) or license-eligible (Preferred)
2+ years experience in a behavioral health setting (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence
