Clinical Support Specialist

Position Summary
Allens Healthcare is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients with diverse behavioral and emotional needs

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff

  • Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities

  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Required)

  • Licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent) or license-eligible (Preferred)

  • 2+ years experience in a behavioral health setting (Preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence
